Professor Zhang is currently looking for motivated Master’s or PhD students to join her projects on trade and innovation as research assistants.
The main content is literature review, data collection, cleaning, and performing simple analysis.

Requirements:
➢Proficiency in STATA (it’s a plus if you also know MATLAB).
➢Strong command of English, both written and verbal (Japanese is not required).
➢Remote work (time arrangement is up to you).
➢Participate in regular online meetings.
➢Working hours are expected to be about 60 hours.
➢Priority will be given to those who have an economics background / have done quantitative analysis before.

Compensation:
➢The payment will be at the standard rate (1,380 -1,590 yen per hour).
➢The contract can be extended based on mutual agreements.
