About the speaker: Mr. Inoue has 20 years of experience in hospital PFI projects at Itochu Corporation after working for securities and plant manufacturing companies. In 1999 he was seconded to Serco UK, a FTSE top 250 company managing over 500 contracts worldwide and delivering services on behalf of a range of public sector bodies, including citizen and healthcare services. He was involved in a hospital PFI project in the City of Kobe from 2005 to 2013 and has been in the current position since 2017.
