Casper Park
Digital Analytics Manager, AstraZeneca
(MPP/IP, 2018 graduate)
Casper joined GraSPP from Hertie School as part of a dual degree program. He double majored in Statistics and History for his undergraduate studies at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, Korea. Currently, Casper is working at AstraZeneca as a Digital Analytics Manager. He worked as an Advertising Account Manager at Amazon and as a Lifecycle Marketer at Disney before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry.
Gerrard Lai
Strategic Investment Division, MUFG Innovation Partners
(MPP/IP, 2020 graduate)
Graduated with a degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore. After working on facilitating Singapore’s bilateral trade relations with both China and Japan for 3 years, he enrolled in the Master of Public Policy, International Program at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Public Policy (GrasPP). While at GraSPP, Gerrard had the opportunity to intern with a Singapore mobility startup expanding operations in Japan through an internship at the University of Tokyo Edge Capital (UTEC). Upon graduating in 2020, he spent a short stint at UTEC before currently undertaking venture investments in financial services-related startups for MUFG Innovation Partners.
Shinbi Lim
International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), Ernst & Young Tax Co.
(CAMPUS Asia, 2015 graduate)
Shinbi joined the Transfer pricing team of EY Tax & Co.(EY) in April 2015. Before EY, she started her career in the public sector; U.S. Embassy in Korea, and Korea International Cooperation Agency to manage Official Development Aid projects in Asia. She graduated from GraSPP in March 2015 with a dual degree as one of the first grantees of the CAMPUS Asia program in GSIS, SNU in September 2012. In 2021, Shinbi was seconded to BRIDGESTONE CORPORATION for 1-year in the Global Controlling department, Global FP&A (Finance Planning & Analysis) division. She is trilingual in Japanese, English and Korean.
Zhansaya Imanmadiyeva
Capacity Building & Training Associate, Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI)
(MPP/IP, 2022 graduate)
Zhansaya Imanmadiyeva joined the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in March 2024 as a Capacity Building and Training Associate.
She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Tokyo, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from King’s College London. Her research interests include ESG development, gender mainstreaming, and bridging technology with public policy.
Prior to joining ADBI, Zhansaya worked for Accenture Technology as a business consultant and as a research assistant at the University of Tokyo.
