NOTICE: Relocation of Study Halls for master’s students and PC room in Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2

Study Halls, Student Lounge, Locker Room for master’s students and PC room in Administration Bureau Building 2 will be moved to the 4th floor of Akamon General Research Building in April 2018.

Relocation of the rooms will be scheduled in March 2018. Please take all of your personal belongings in the following rooms by the deadline below. If you use a GraSPP locker, please also be sure to clear out your locker.

・Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2, 6th floor, PC Room(611
・Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2, 6th floor, Locker Room(631
・Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2, 6th floor, Student Lounge(633
・Akamon General Research Bldg., 3rd floor, Study Hall(Seminar Room#14)

Due date: Wednesday, 28th February, 2018

Notes

  • If possible, it is desirable to organize your belongings by the end of January, 2018.
  • After the deadline, personal belongings in the rooms and lockers will be discarded as unnecessary items.
  • Before the relocation in March, 2018, Study Halls, Student Lounge, Locker Room for master’s students and PC room in Administration Bureau Building 2 will be closed and students cannot use these rooms around for a week or so. As soon as the relocation schedule will be fixed, the exact closure dates will be announced on the student bulletin board.
