Application Procedures
Application documents must reach in PDF format during the application period above. Also, documents in their original forms must be sent by post to the PhD Desk during the application period above.
| STEP1 | ・Download the Application Guidelines and Application Forms from the link above and read through them carefully. ・Prepare the necessary application documents. ・Read through FAQ before proceeding to STEP2. |
| STEP2 | Send the Application Form (Form#1 in Excel format) to the PhD Desk via e-mail. |
| STEP3 | After reviewing the submitted application form, the PhD Desk will notify the applicant via e-mail with an application number and a link to upload application documents. |
| STEP4 | Upload your application documents in one Zip file to the upload link provided. |
| STEP5 | Mail the original application documents to the PhD Desk. |
