NOTICE: Relocation schedule of Study Halls for master’s students and PC room in Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2

The following Study Halls, Student Lounge, Locker Room for master’s students and PC room will be moved to the 4th floor of the Akamon General Research Building on the schedule below.

Monday, 12th March: Start of moving arrangements

Saturday, 17th & Sunday, 18th March: Moving days

Monday, 2nd April:  Study Halls in the Akamon General Research Bldg. is scheduled to be available.

・Admin. Bureau Bldg. 2, 6th floor, Locker Room(631

・Akamon General Research Bldg., 3rd floor, Study Hall(Seminar Room#14)

Notes

  • Study Halls, Student Lounge, Locker Room for master’s students and PC room will not be available AFTER Monday, 12th March, because furniture and equipments will also be removed.
  • Personal belongings in the rooms and lockers will be discarded as unnecessary items.
  • As the same lockers will be installed in the Akamon General Research Bldg, if you continue to use your locker after April, 2018, please keep your locker key.
