NOTICE: Students Medical Checkups AY 2019
The medical checkups will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period, except those who will enroll in April 2019.

* Online pre-registration and survey through the Health Service Center website are required. The registration website will be available from 5 pm on Friday, 8 March for men and from 5pm on Tuesday, 12 March for women.
* Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical checkups.
