NOTICE: Applications for exemptions / deferred payment of admission fee in Sept. 2021 and tuition for the second half of 2021

Those who wish to apply for admission fee and/or tuition exemptions, please see the following web page and send application documents to Scholarship Team, the Student Scholarship and Welfare Group by registered mail. Please note that NO applications after the deadlines are accepted for any reason. Also, in case there are flaws in application, as it takes much more time for further communication, we strongly recommend you to mail it well in advance. If you would like to apply for both admission fee and tuition exemptions, you need to submit applications at the same time.

Application forms are available on the following web page after Friday, July 30.

Application periods for exemption and deferred payment of

Admission fee: from Monday, August 2 to Thursday, September 9
Tuition: from Monday, Auguts 2 to Thursday, September 9 (new students in Sept. 2021)
* if you apply ONLY to tuition exemption, the deadline is set on Thursday
, October 7.
from Monday, August 2 to Thursday, October 7 (current students)

How to apply: Registered mail

* As Scholarship Team of the Student Scholarship and Welfare Group does not accept application documents directly from overseas, if you could not find anyone in Japan who would submit your application documents in your place, please contact the GraSPP Graduate School Office by Thursday, September 2.

Notes:

  • No applications after the deadlines are accepted for any reason.
  • All application documents need to be submitted via registered mail.
  • Exemptions of admission fee and tuition are intended for students who have financial difficulties.
