NOTICE: Academic gown rental and purchase for the graduation ceremony in Sep., 2023 The academic gown for students who will graduate in September, 2023 will be available from Tuesday, 1 August to Monday, 28 August, 2023 at the University of Tokyo CO-OP. If you would like to rent or purchase a gown, please see the following web pages and order it through the CO-OP website. * As the University of Tokyo CO-OP has only limited numbers of gowns in stock, the registration may become impossible before the dress goes out of stock. * When you make a payment at the University of Tokyo CO-OP, you need to present a certificate of expected graduation which is available at the certificate dispensers in campus.

The UTokyo University-wide Student Exchange Program application guidelines have been announced on the Go Global website. Those who wish to apply for this program should read the application guidelines carefully and submit the necessary documents through UTAS.  (A part of the application documents should be uploaded to the web separately. ) Please see the guidelines for details. The application deadline is Noon on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.  All members of the University who use the University's information systems (those who have a UTokyo Account), including students on leave of absence, are required to take the course and the test at the link below. These services can be resumed immediately upon the completion of the course and the test. However, you will need to reacquire a UTokyo Wi-Fi account.
