日本学生支援機構の制度変更についてご連絡いたします。在学中に留学する学生の利便性の向上を図るため、令和６年度から、国内貸与奨学金（第一種奨学金又は第二種奨学金）の貸与を受けている奨学生を対象として留学開始時に「留学時特別増額貸与奨学金」の申請を受け付けることが予定されています。

それに伴い「第一種奨学金（海外協定派遣対象）」及び「第二種奨学金（短期留学）」は令和6年度から奨学生募集を終了することが予定されています。

2024年春に留学を予定している学生は「第一種奨学金（海外協定派遣対象）」及び「第二種奨学金（短期留学）」の募集は行われず、4月の在学採用に申し込むと採用決定が学部なら7月・大学院なら6月と、4月には間に合わないため、9月に募集が行われている二次採用への申込をご検討ください。

This course will help students understand impact investing <https://thegiin.org/impact-investing/need-to-know/#what-is-impact-investing> as an innovative approach to pursuing positive social and environmental outcomes that improve people’s well-being while seeking financial returns. As a practical training course with an active learning approach, students work in teams under the instructors’ guidance with their deliverables to be reviewed by and submitted to clients (Asuene Inc <https://earthene.com/en> , Music Securities, Inc. <https://www.musicsecurities.com/en/company> (MS), or Nuveen Japan Co. Ltd. <https://www.nuveen.com/global/?type=global> ) as if the students run a real-world consultancy project (capstone project). The course also serves as hands-on training for professional writing. In this way, the course aims to prepare students for future professional positions engaged in the impact investing approach to addressing various public policy challenges in the public and private sectors.
