Dear all students, On Tuesday, December 20, camera remote controller was broken, and walls were defaced in and around Lecture Hall B of the International Academic Research Building. We have not been able to specify the time of the damage, but if you saw a suspicious person or heard noises from Lecture Hall B on Tuesday, December 20, please contact GraSPP Office. From now on, if you see a suspicious person or find equipment broken in classrooms, please inform us using the contact information below. Due to this incident, please note that all classrooms will be locked after 6th period until the start of 1st period next day (9:00PM to 8:00AM) on weekdays. NOTICE: Academic gown rental and purchase for the graduation ceremony in March 2023 The academic gown for students who will graduate in March 2023 will be available from Thurdsday, 5 January to Tuesday, 28 February, 2023 at the University of Tokyo CO-OP. If you would like to rent or purchase a gown, please see the following web pages and order it through the CO-OP website. Academic gown is NOT mandatory to attend the ceremony.   * As the University of Tokyo CO-OP has only limited numbers of gowns in stock, they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. * When you make a payment at the University of Tokyo CO-OP, you need to present a certificate of expected graduation which is available at the certificate dispensers on campus.
