NOTICE: Removal and disposal of non-registered bikes, mopeds, and motorcycles The University of Tokyo will remove and dispose non-registered bikes, mopeds, and motorcycles on the following schedule. Bikes and mopeds Period of notice: From 30 May, 2022 to 1 June, 2022 Method of implementation: 1. A notice will be put on all non-registered bikes and mopeds. 2. The bikes and the mopeds with the notice will be removed and disposed after a certain period of time. Motorcycles Period of notice and warnings: From 30 May, 2022 to 30 Sep. 2022 Method of implementation: 1. A notice will be put on all non-registered motorcycles. 2. After one month, a warning will be put on the motorcycles with the notice. 3. After two months, a notice of ultimate disposal will be put on the motorcycles with the warning. 4. The motorcycles with the notice of ultimate disposal will be removed and disposed.*

This course will be conducted in hybrid format from Monday, May 23. Online session will happen simultaneously while class is conducted in seminar room C of International Academic Research Building 12F.

Exam for courses offered at School of Law and Faculty of law will be conducted online. Please recheck the link below. Please also check the bulletin board after loggin in to UTAS. Especially, please check the venues for examinations and the precautions each time. Be careful about the examination venues because it may be different from usual lecture rooms. UTokyo Short-Term Summer Study Abroad Programs application guidelines have been announced on the Go Global website. Those who wish to apply for this program should read the guideline carefully and submit necessary documents directly to the International Exchange Group through UTAS. The application deadline is 12pm on Thursday, 2 June. Notes: Eligibility requirements and requested documents such as English proficiency tests vary depending on programs. Please also be sure to check each “Program Sheet” before application. Before application, please consult the GraSPP Graduate School Office during the program term to be fully aware of potential academic affairs you need to know. Application documents should be uploaded to UTAS in PDF format. Please note that UTAS does not accept applications for any reason after the deadline.
