Medical Check-ups/The University of Tokyo Health Service Center (u-tokyo.ac.jp) ID:hoken23 PW:center4 Please keep in mind that the schedule and check-up items are subject to change depending on the situation of the coronavirus epidemic. The medical checkups for new students will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students who enroll in Autumn, 2021 need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period below. Please ware masks when you come to check up. You are not allowed to enter check up place if you have fever or respiratory symptoms as cough or phlegm. Date: Tuesday, December 13, 2021 Venue: Icho-Metro cafeteria (Faculty of Law & Letters Bldg.2 B1F) * Online pre-registration and survey through the Health Service Center website are required. The registration website will be available from 12pm on Monday, 13 December. * Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical checkups. -

NOTICE: The University of Tokyo AY 2021 Diploma Presentation Ceremony
The University of Tokyo will hold the Diploma Presentation Ceremony for AY2021 as follows. Date&Time: From 11:15 to 12:30 on Thursday, 24 March 2022 Venue: Yasuda Auditorium (Address: 7-3-1, Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) (Campus Map) Eligibility: Those who graduated (will graduate) between October2021 and March 2022 (Pre-registration and lottery required to enter the main venue.) For those who are unable to enter the main venue, a live stream of the ceremony will be provided via the Internet. In the afternoon of the same day the GraSPP Diploma Presentation Ceremony will take place. However, the details have not decided yet and subject to changes depending on the university activities restrictions caused by the covid-19 pandemics. The GraSPP Graduate School Office will notify its schedule of graduating students directly. -
Notes Regarding Course Registration for A2 courses
Registration period for courses offered at A2 term has started from, December 6th. Please reconfirm Page 36-37 of “Course Summaries” and make sure you register necessary courses during the designated period. Course Summaries https://www.pp.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/education/courses/ Please pay special attention to the following points: -Be sure to meet the deadlines. Procedures cannot be made outside of the period. -You need to register your courses through UTAS. Course registration through ITC-LMS or bookmarking syllabus on UTAS is different from “Course Registration” on UTAS. To earn credits, you must register courses through UTAS. -“Course registration correction period” is provided after “Registration period”. You can add, change and remove A2 term courses during the period. You CANNOT add, change or remove courses after the period. -You cannot add, change and remove A1A2 or A1 courses during the period. -Maximum amount of credits that students can register in one academic year is 38. Autumn enrolled student’s academic year will be counted from September. -If you have any trouble or difficulties with registration on UTAS, please contact GraSPP Office by the end of course registration correction period.
