【奨学金】令和2年度日本学生支援機構「特に優れた業績による返還免除」の申請について ○ 対象者 第一種奨学生に採用された大学院学生で、 令和2年度中に貸与を終了（標準修業年限修了・短縮修了・退学・辞退等）する者のうち、 在学中に特に優れた業績を挙げた者 ※留年・休学等により令和2年度以降引き続き在学する場合でも、令和2年度限りで奨学金の貸与が終了となる者は対象となります （令和元年度以降に免除申請をされても対象外となるのでご注意ください）。ただし、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響により、及び、貸与期間中に業績を挙げることができなかった場合（課程を修了した場合は除く）は、特例として、１年を限度に貸与期間延長及び延長期間中の休止（延長期間中は休止として奨学金の貸与はありません）を認め、令和３年度の申請が可能となります。該当者は令和3年1月25日(月)までに「業績優秀者返還免除申請期間延長届 (様式3)」を公共政策大学院チームへ提出してください。 ○ 申請期間 令和3年1月29日（金）～2月5日（金）17時 ○ 提出先 公共政策大学院チーム　ppin.j?gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp ((”?”を”＠”にして送信してください)) ○ 申請書類及び必要部数 (電子データのみで申請の場合は、全て原本と写しの提出は不要です。) 申請書（様式1-1, 様式1-2, 様式3(該当者のみ)）：原本1部・写1部 業績証明資料：原本1部・写1部 成績証明書（特に優れた業績に記載した場合）:原本1部 ※資料「R1様式1-1」の「教育研究活動等の業績」において、「6 授業科目の成績」を選んだ場合は、成績証明書に資料「R1様式1-2」へ記載する資料番号を付してください。 また、資料「R1様式1-2」の「6　授業科目の成績」欄へ「授業科目の成績において特に優れた成績を収めた」と記載してください。 ※資料「R1様式1-1」で「6 授業科目の成績」を選ばなかった場合、成績証明書の提出は不要です。 詳細はPDFファイルをご覧ください。 申請について（ PDF, 83 KB ） また、申請書の様式は以下よりダウンロードしてください。 申請書（様式1-1,1-2,3）及び記入上の注意等　https://www.u-tokyo.ac.jp/ja/students/welfare/h02_01_03.html

Temporary measures during the Common Test for University Admissions (Hongo area) The Common Test for University Admissions will be carried out on Saturday, 16 and Sunday, 17 January, 2021 and the following temporary measures for access to the Hongo area will be taken during that time. Entry to the areas where the test is conducted is strictly prohibited; only students, faculty members, and staff who have special permission may enter the areas. Faculty and administrative staff must show their ID card for entering the university. Students who need to enter the university for research activities must show their ID card for entering the university. Those who are not affiliated with the university must show a temporary ID card for entering the university. Entry to and exit from the university only through the Main/Akamon/Yayoi/Pharmaceutical/Second Refectory/Nou-Seimon Gates are permitted. In principle, entering the university by car is prohibited. * Due to the foreign language listening tests, driving a car on campus except in an emergency is prohibited during the following time: Saturday, 16 January, 17:05 – 18:15 In the areas where the test is conducted, please keep quiet to avoid disturbing the test.
