環境省でのインターンシップを希望する者は、Webサイトをよく読み、 「要望書（電子データ）」を公共政策大学院係に提出してください。 ○要望書の記載内容（Ａ４判で両面１枚程度、様式自由） (1) 学生の学部、研究コース、学年、氏名 (2) インターンを希望する環境省内の部署名（第３希望まで記載、分かる場合には担当の課・室等まで記載。） (3) 希望理由等　受入希望部署毎に、どういうことに興味を持っているか、インターンとしてどんな就業体験をしてみたいと考えているか、その後、環境省での就業経験をどのように将来役立てたいと考えているかをできるだけ詳細に記載。（Ａ４判で片面１枚程度） (4) インターン希望期間（インターン参加可能期間とそのうち参加希望期間を併記して下さい。） 例：７／２０〜９／１５のうち２週間程度 ○提出締切 インターン希望期間が７月中の場合：５月１４日（木）１７時まで インターン希望期間が８月中の場合：６月１５日（月）１７時まで インターン希望期間が９月中の場合：７月１４日（火）１７時まで 上記期間以外：インターン希望期間開始日２ヶ月前まで （環境省ではいつでもインターンシップの申し込みを受け付けていますが、 ある程度先着順となる場合があるため、希望する場合はお早めに提出ください。） ○提出先 ppin?j.u-tokyo.ac.jp （「？」を「＠」に変えて送信してください。） 注意点 本学インターンシップへの今後の影響を考慮し、省庁関連インターンシップ申込は１件のみとします。 採用決定後の辞退は、本学のインターンシップの採用に影響しますので認めません。

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Restriction on access to Hongo campus The University of Tokyo limits access to Hongo campus from Saturday, 4th April until further notice. Other than the following gates will be closed and students need to show their student ID card at a gate. IMPORTANT NOTICE: GraSPP seminar rooms and students’ facilities In order to prevent spreading the covid-19 infection on campus, GraSPP has decided to implement the following measures for the seminar rooms and the students’ facilities until further notice. GraSPP Students' facilities other than the locker room will be closed from Monday, 6th April. As soon as the facilities will be available, we will announce it on our online bulletin board. In case you do not have stable internet connection or equipment at home, you may use the seminar rooms on the 4th and the 12th floor of the International Academic Research Building (UTokyo WiFi is available.) tentatively. As we limit the number of people who can enter each room, please see the notice posted on an entrance.
