Ami Fujimoto
At the time of joining GraSPP’s MPP/IP, I was a fresh graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, but my future was described still in vague terms. Unlike other students who has a clear purpose of studying at GraSPP, I chose to continue studying in order to find out what I really want to do. In a multicultural learning environment created by students and professionals all over the world, student life at GraSPP cultivated the attitude of lifelong learning and opened up great possibilities for my future career. There are two essential skills acquired at GraSSP; one is cross-disciplinary approach to problem-solving, and the other is “Never Stop Learning” attitude, both of which make a substantial contribution to what I am today and also my career path. Currently at KPMG AZSA LLC, one of the international auditing firms, I am working as a financial consultant where mainly engaged in internal auditing and risk management services, which helps the clients to achieve better business performance. Of course, for those who are eager to pursue a career in the field of public policy, GrasPP is a perfect place. At the same time, for those who are interested in public policy but have not decided yet what to do in the future, GrasPP is an ideal place to cultivate your potentials and expand future possibilities. If you grab the right opportunity at the right time, success will surely follow! -
