NOTICE: Temporary suspension of PCs at GraSPP Computer Lab The network server will reboot on the following schedule for maintenance purpose. PCs at GraSPP Computer Lab on the 4th floor of Akamon General Research Bldg. might be unavailable temporarily during the time below. GraSPP Student Council Election 2019 (New Members are WANTED) 1．Our activities To organize social, cultural and academic events for students To encourage international cultural exchange among students To encourage academic exchange with other graduate schools in Japan / overseas 2．Available Positions: President (selected by election) Vice-President (selected by election) Publicity Treasurer Secretary 3．Election/Application Process: 1 year term (double degree students are welcome to apply, only if they are studying for 1 year) Campaign speech will be done in English (2 to 3 minutes) Publicity, Treasurer and Secretary positions will not require an election. NOTICE: Medical Checkups for new students AY 2019 The medical checkups for new students will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students who enroll in April, 2019 need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period below. Date： from Wedensday, April 22, 2019 Venue： Hongo Health Service Center (2nd floor, Administration Bureau Bldg.2) * Online pre-registration and survey through the Health Service Center website are required. The registration website will be available from 5 pm on Friday, 5 April. * Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical checkups. The class schedule is as follows. July 24th, Period 2-4 July 25th, Period 2-5 July 26th, Period 2-4 July 27th, Period 2-4 All the classes will be held at IAR 0413SMBC.

The classes at period 2 and 4 on April 17th will be cancelled. Make-up class will be held at period 4 on April 23rd. The classroom will be Ec4.
