NOTICE: Removal of personal belongings in GraSPP Study Halls (Thu. 1 Nov.) Based on the rules of GraSPP students' space, GraSPP will remove all personal belongings in the Study Halls including items on desks on the following date. In case you reserve or occupy spaces with your personal belongings, please bring them back as soon as possible. Thursday, 1st November, 2018 Reserving or occupying spaces with unattended personal belongings is NOT allowed. After using, please take all your belongings and keep a desk clean. GraSPP is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings in Students Study Hall.  

NOTICE: Removal and disposal of non-registered bikes, mopeds, and motorcycles The University of Tokyo will remove and dispose non-registered bikes, mopeds, and motorcycles on the following schedule. Bikes and mopeds Period of notice: From Thursday Nobember 1 to Friday Nobember 16 Method of implementation: 1. A notice will be put on all non-registered bikes and mopeds. 2. The bikes and the mopeds with the notice will be removed and disposed after a certain period of time.* It is necessary to register a bike/moped every April to park them on the Hongo campus. If you have not registered your bike/moped yet, please receive and submit an application form to the University of Tokyo CO-OP. Motorcycles Period of notice and warnings: From Thursday Nobember 1 to Monday March 4, 2018 Method of implementation: 1. A notice will be put on all non-registered motorcycles. 2. After one month, a warning will be put on the motorcycles with the notice. 3. After two months, a notice of ultimate disposal will be put on the motorcycles with the warning. 4. The motorcycles with the notice of ultimate disposal will be removed and disposed.* It is necessary to register a motorcycle every April to park it on the Hongo campus. If you have not registered your motorcycle yet, please receive and submit an application form to the University of Tokyo CO-OP.

NOTICE: Emergency drill on Wed. 24 Oct. 12:10pm We will conduct an emergency drill as follows. If your schedule permits, please take part in the drill. Date&Time: Wednesday, 24th October, 12:10pm – 12:40pm * If it rains, the emergency drill may be canceled. Venue: Front of International Academic Research Bldg. (Temporary evacuation area), Front of Faculty of Medicine Bldg.#2.(Main evacuation area) Front of Akamon General Research Bldg. (Temporary evacuation area), Front of Faculty of Medicine Bldg.#2.(Main evacuation area) * The schedule is same as the one of Economics Research Bldg., Ito International Research Center and Economics Research Annex. The emergency drill will be conducted on the assumption that we have an earthquake intensity 6 upper. On this day, please follow the steps below. 1. Announcement of the drill at 12:10pm ==> evacuation instruction at 12:15pm 2. According to instructions, please evacuate to the temporary evacuation area and receive “Safety Confirmation Sheet”. (Do not use elevators.) 3. After that, please move to the main evacuation area, front of Faculty of Medicine Bldg.#2 and submit “Safety Confirmation Sheet” to a person in charge. 4. The drill will complete as soon as we confirm evacuation of GraSPP faculty/staff members and students. * Please also check e-mail from safety confirmation service which will be sent to you at the same time and register your safety information. * If you stay in another building on Hongo campus, please register your safety information through checking e-mail from safety confirmation service and go to Faculty of Medicine Bldg.#2 (Main evacuation area). * After the drill, you can also join the disaster-prevention event in front of the Yasuda Auditorium.         参考[Reference]：避難場所地図[Evacuation location map](PDF, 312KB)
