　公共政策大学院では、「国際交通政策」の授業において、下記のとおり、海上保安庁長官 石井 昌平 氏からお話を伺います。 　 四方を海に囲まれた海洋国家である我が国にとって、平和で豊かな海を守り国民の安全・安心を確保することは極めて重要であります。近年、尖閣諸島周辺海域における中国海警船による度重なる領海侵入など、我が国の海洋安全保障環境は厳しさを増しています。また、違法操業、海難、自然災害等が頻発するなど、海洋を巡る情勢は予断を許さないところです。 　 本講義では、これらの課題を概観するとともに、広大な海を守る海上保安庁の国内外における取組みを紹介し、その使命について理解を深めるとともに、海洋秩序の維持に海上法執行機関が果たす意義について考察を行います。  履修登録者以外の本学学生の参加を歓迎いたします。

　公共政策大学院では、「国際交通政策」の授業において、下記のとおり、日本郵船㈱特別顧問 内藤忠顕 氏からお話を伺います。 　 四囲を海に囲まれた日本にとって、輸入の99.6%は海運によるなど、国際海上輸送は我が国の存立基盤であり、その生命線とも言えます。日本の海運企業は、国際ロジスティクスの担い手として日本経済と生活を支えるとともに、世界有数のメガキャリアとして、海外進出する日本企業のサプライチェーンの展開にも貢献してきました。 　 しかし近年では、国際競争の激化でM&Aやアライアンスの組成が進んでいます。GHG削減、グリーン化、デジタル化という世界の潮流の中、日本の海運企業はどう生き残ればよいのか、外航海運のダイナミズムと今後の展望について考察します。

Registration correction period for courses offered at S1S2 term and S1 term has started today, April 24. Please reconfirm Page 38-40 of “Course Registration and Academic Procedures Guide” and make sure you register necessary courses during the designated period.

Please pay special attention to the following points:

-During “Course registration correction period” you can add, change or remove courses during the period. You CANNOT add, change or remove courses after the period.

-You need to register your courses through UTAS. Course registration through UTOL or bookmarking syllabus on UTAS is different from “Course Registration” on UTAS. To earn credits, you must register courses through UTAS.

-Maximum amount of credits that students can register in one academic year is 38. Autumn enrolled student’s academic year will be counted from September.

-If you are planning to register Thesis(6 credits) and/or Research Paper(2 credits), please make sure you do not exceed 38 credits including Thesis and Research Paper.

-If you have any trouble or difficulties with registration on UTAS, please contact GraSPP Office by the end of course registration correction period. We cannot respond to any request after the period.

Lottery has not been held for this course. All students who registered by April 19th can take this course. Please note that additional registration is not permitted.

国際金融公社（IFC）よりインターンシップ募集のお知らせです。

IFCでは学士または修士課程の学生を対象に、製造業、アグリビジネス、サービス業の分野におけるアドバイザリー業務を夏季インターン（1～3か月間）として体験するフェローシップ・プログラムを実施いたします。現地オフィスにて10名のインターンに様々な業務に従事していただきます。

また、現地担当者による同プログラムのオンライン説明会を5月13日（月）午後6時半より開催いたします。
