Courses for AY 2024 University-wide Undergraduate Education Program

 University-wide Graduate Education Program

Japan-Asia Studies Interdisciplinary Education Program on Ocean Science and Policy Digital Humanities Science, Technology, and Innovation Governance Global Leadership Program for Social Design and Management

Students who will be completing graduate school in September, 2024 (including those who have completed the term of the doctorate program) will be issued with a Certification of Completion for the above listed programs, if they have satisfied all the necessary requirements and have completed the required application processes. 

Application Procedure – Apply through UTAS (Click "Qualification connection" of the "Course" menu, and submit your application from " Application for University-wide Education Program".)

Application Period – Tuesday, May 7 to Sunday, May 26, 2024

 Important Even if you have applied for a Certification of Completion in the last academic year or earlier, a certificate will not be issued unless you complete the application in the above mentioned period. If you wish to graduate/complete graduate school in September 2024, please make sure to complete all the necessary applications this time. Please note that even if application is made, if you do not satisfy all the requirements for the program completion, or you fail to graduate/complete graduate school, a Certificate of Completion will not be issued.

〈To students who have taken courses approved by the Barrier-Free Education Program〉 The Barrier-Free Education Program changed its name to the Diversity and Inclusion Education Program since AY2023. Students who have taken approved courses in the Barrier-Free Education Program should apply for a certificate of the Diversity and Inclusion Education Program. If a student has earned at least one accredited course in the Barrier-Free Education Program prior to AY2023, the Barrier-Free Education Program can issue a certificate of completion. Details will be provided after the certificate application.  

Registration period for courses offered at S1S2 term and S1 term has started today, April 15.

Please reconfirm Page 38-40 of “Course Registration and Academic Procedures Guide” and make sure you register necessary courses during the designated period.

Registration Period:　From Monday, April 15 to Friday, April 19.

Please pay special attention to the following points:

-Be sure to meet the deadlines. Procedures cannot be made outside of the period.

-You need to register your courses through UTAS. Course registration through UTOL or bookmarking syllabus on UTAS is different from “Course Registration” on UTAS. To earn credits, you must register courses through UTAS.

-“Course registration correction period” is provided after “Registration period”. You can add, change and remove courses during the period. You CANNOT add, change or remove courses after the period.

-Maximum amount of credits that students can register in one academic year is 38. Autumn enrolled student’s academic year will be counted from September.

-If you are planning to register Thesis(6 credits) and/or Research Paper(2 credits), please make sure you do not exceed 38 credits including Thesis and Research Paper.

-If you have any trouble or difficulties with registration on UTAS, please contact GraSPP Office by the end of course registration correction period. We cannot respond to any request after the period.

国立研究開発法人宇宙航空研究開発機構でのインターンシップを希望する者は「インターンシップ実習申請者履歴書」を4月19日（金）正午までに公共政策学務チームに提出してください。

留意事項

１）申請後の辞退は、本学インターンシップの採用に影響がありますので、申請にあたっては十分に確認願います。また、現時点でまだ募集が開始されていない省庁・自治体につきましても順次募集が開始されることが予想されますので、そのことも考慮の上、計画的な申込をお願いいたします。

２）実習にあたり学研災傷害保険等への加入が必要です。

３）参照URL先のJAXAインターンシップ情報掲載ページをよくご確認のうえお申し込みください。
