Science, Technology, and Innovation Governance (STIG) is university-wide graduate education program for UTokyo Graduate students. You can take courses related to the governance of science, technology, and innovation, which are offered by Humanities as well as Science, such as Graduate school of Public Policy, Engineering, etc. This program aims at acquiring methods and knowledge indispensable for making and implementing policies about science, technology and innovation and fostering experts who will in near future lead policy-making in this area. When you obtain all the necessary credits and apply for the program completion, STIG certificate will be issued at the time of your graduation.
