Please keep in mind that the schedule and check-up items are subject to change depending on the situation of the coronavirus epidemic.
The medical checkups for new students will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students who enroll in Autumn, 2021 need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period below.
Please ware masks when you come to check up. You are not allowed to enter check up place if you have fever or respiratory symptoms as cough or phlegm.

* Online pre-registration and survey through the Health Service Center website are required.
The registration website will be available from 12pm on Monday, 13 December.
* Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical checkups.
