Raylene Yung has been the Executive Director, Technology and Modernization Fund, GSA (U.S. General Services Administration) from 2021. Yung comes to the agency with more than ten years of technology experience, having worked in the private sector, government, and for non-profit organizations. Yung served as the co-founder and CEO of the U.S. Digital Response, a nonpartisan, nonprofit initiative created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has provided support in areas such as vaccination equity, unemployment insurance, housing security, and food access. Yung is a graduate from Stanford University and served as a tech policy fellow at the Aspen Institute.
