Call for the GraSPP 20th-anniversary logo design March 5, 2024

To All GraSPPers,

 

In the academic year 2024, GraSPP will celebrate its 20th anniversary. To enhance the various commemorative events taking place throughout the year, we are calling for ideas for the GraSPP 20th-anniversary logo design.  

Let’s all come together to celebrate the 20th anniversary!!

 

Submission Guidelines

■ Grand Prize: 1 entry

  • The winning entry will be featured on the GraSPP 20th-anniversary promotional materials, such as the website and event flyers.
  • A selection of GraSPP items will be awarded as a supplementary prize.

■ Submissions: Logo design proposals that convey “GraSPP 20th Anniversary”

  • A design should include the following words: GraSPP, 20 (or 20th), 2004 (established 2004 or since 2004 is acceptable).
  • Multiple submissions are allowed. Only original, unpublished works are eligible. Designs created using AI-aided designs are also acceptable.
  • Copyrights of the selected design will belong to GraSPP.

■ Eligibility: GraSPP current students, GraSPP alumni, and GraSPP faculty and staff

■ Submission Deadline: 17:00 JST, Tuesday, March 19, 2024

■ Submission Method: Please fill in the necessary information in the submission form below and upload the image of your logo design proposal.

  • Files should be in either JPEG format (extension: jpg/jpeg), PNG format (extension: png), or AI format (extension: ai).

■ Evaluation Method: The grand prize will be decided by the votes of GraSPP current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

■ The result will be announced on the GraSPP website in early April.

 

Regarding Copyright

  • All rights (including those specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) related to the selected logo design proposal shall belong solely to GraSPP.
  • Submitted logo design proposals must be unpublished and must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other rights of third parties.
