NOTICE: Procedures for September Graduation
If you wish to graduate in September 2024, please submit the request for graduation evaluation as indicated below. If the request for graduation evaluation is not submitted, it will be assumed that you do not intend to complete your studies in September 2024.
Target individuals: Those who have been enrolled for more than two years as of the end of September 2024 (Those who enrolled in September 2022 are not required to submit.）
Required document: Request for Graduation Evaluation (PDF, 8KB)
Submission period: May 31st (Fri.) to June 14th (Fri.), 2024
Submission: GraSPP Graduate School Office
Note 1: If the request for graduation evaluation is submitted and all the required credits for program completion are obtained, the graduation date will be the end of September 2024.
Note 2: Leave of absence is not included in the calculation of the enrollment period. However, study abroad is included in the enrollment period.
Note 3: Those whose study period has been shortened due to the recognition of credits obtained before enrollment or readmission should make a notification for this matter separately.
