Strategic Communications Education and Research Unit (SCERU) conducted its first Practitioners’ Seminar in November 2022. The invitation-only seminar brought together officials of the European Union/EU Member States and Japan in a venue conducive to peer-to-peer learning and exchange of knowledge and experiences.

The discussion focused on the conceptual approaches of Strategic Communications and the long-term implications of ongoing narrative and counter-narrative formations.

This was a closed-door meeting.
