東京大学では、大学院法学政治学研究科総合法政専攻を中心として、急速に変貌しつつある広義のビジネスロー領域に関し、実務との密接な連携のもとで、理論的考究と実務面に関する知識の獲得の両面において大学院教育を強化することを目的として、先端ビジネスロー国際卓越大学院プログラム（以下「本プログラム」といいます。）を開設しています。本プログラムでは、2019年度の文部科学省の卓越大学院プログラムに選定されたことを受け、 2020年度から、学際的な研究・教育をより充実させるために、本プログラムの実施について連携を頂いている東京大学大学院の他の専攻及びその他の専攻に所属する大学院生をプログラム登録者として受け入れています。本プログラムの修了者には、所属する専攻における修士課程または博士課程の修了時に、修士・博士の学位記（博士課程学位記にはプログラム修了を付記）とは別に、本プログラムの修了証が交付されます。

　　 　公共政策大学院では、「地域交通政策研究」の授業において、下記のとおり、　(一社)日本旅客船協会会長　加藤琢二氏 からお話を伺います。

    フェリーは、人だけでなく道路を移動できるモノなら何でも運べる面白い乗り物です。人や車が停まったまま目的地に着ける「動く道路」であり、しかも休憩・宿泊もできる「動くサービスエリア」でもあります。道路ネットワークの発達に伴って、単なる移動手段としての役割は徐々に低下してきましたが、その一方で、ドライバーのいない無人車両でも運べるという機能を活かし、ドライバー不足問題への解決策の一つとして注目されるなど、社会の変化に対応した新たな役割が期待されるようになっています。 　本講義では、フェリーが持つ様々な社会的役割を踏まえつつ、観光面からの離島航路の活性化、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現への対応、自動運航化への対応といった将来的な課題にも触れていきます。そして、近年のフェリー事業に多大な影響を及ぼした高速道路無料化政策を例にとり、総合的な交通政策の重要性についても理解を深めていきたいと考えています。

Registration correction period for courses offered at A2 term has started today, December 16th. Please reconfirm Page 38-40 of “Course Registration and Academic Procedures Guide” and make sure you register necessary courses during the designated period.

Please pay special attention to the following points: -During “Course registration correction period” you can add, change or remove A2 term courses. You CANNOT add, change or remove courses after the period. You CANNOT add, change or remove A1A2 or A1 courses.

-You need to register your courses through UTAS. Course registration through UTOL or bookmarking syllabus on UTAS is different from “Course Registration” on UTAS. To earn credits, you must register courses through UTAS.

-Maximum number of credits that students can register in one academic year is 38. Autumn enrolled student’s academic year will be counted from September.

-If you are planning to register Thesis(6 credits) and/or Research Paper(2 credits), please make sure you do not exceed 38 credits including Thesis and/or Research Paper.

- Students in their final semester of studies should not take courses from other faculties or graduate schools as part of your credits required for completion. Those credits are NOT counted toward the required credits for completion. As the grade reporting period differs amongst faculties/graduate schools, there is a possibility that you will not receive grades before the completion assessment period.

-If you have any trouble or difficulties with registration on UTAS, please contact GraSPP Office by the end of course registration correction period. We cannot respond to any request after the period.

Due to the Common Test for University Admissions being carried out on Saturday, 18 January, and Sunday, 19 January 2025, the following temporary measures for access to the Hongo area will be taken on the test days.

Entry to the areas where the test is conducted is strictly prohibited; only students who need to enter for research activities, faculty members, and staff who have special permission may enter the areas. Faculty and administrative staff must show their UTokyo ID card for entering the university. Students who need to enter the university for research activities must show their UTokyo student ID card for entering the university. Those who are not affiliated with the university must show a Special Permit Form issued by the dean beforehand for entering the university. Entry to and exit from the university only through the Main/Ito International Research Center/Yayoi/Pharmaceutical/Second Refectory/Nou-Seimon Gates are permitted. In principle, entering the university by car is prohibited. * Due to the English listening test, driving a car on campus except in an emergency is prohibited during the following time: Saturday, 18 January, 17:15 – 18:20 In the areas where the test is conducted, please keep quiet to avoid disturbing the test.
