Notice for Class Form of A1, A2, and A1A2 course in AY2021 (Update Oct. 26) October 26, 2021

3 courses has been added on the list of courses conducting in-person and online class. (Oct. 26)


Considering the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, class rooms available for courses conducted in-person and online has been added. Also the maximum number of students in each classrooms will be raised from October 18th. Added or changed part are in red.
We will notify using student bulletin board if any course is added on the list of courses conducting in-person and online class. (Oct. 14)


Information on the bottom regarding courses cross-listed with Faculty of Law or Graduate School for Law and Politics has been added. (Sep. 16)


This is to inform the class form for A1, A2 and A1A2 courses offered at GraSPP.

Courses will be basically offered online.
However, classes on the list below will be conducted in-person and online.
Please note that this policy may change based on the situation regarding COVID-19.

-Refer to the list above or “A1A2 Class Schedule” or syllabi to confirm which classroom will be used.

A1A2 Class Schedule

-Courses on the list may only conduct in-person class for limited days. Please check the syllabi and follow each lecturer’s instructions.

-In-person class will be conducted at the following classrooms of International Academic Research Building.

SMBC Academia Hall(4th Floor)
Seminar Room A, B, C, D or E(12th Floor)

-Maximum number of entry has been set for each classroom as below.

Students those who exceeds the maximum number has to take the class online at Lecture Room B(4th Floor).

SMBC Academia Hall: 53
Seminar Room A, E: 18
Seminar Room B, C, D :12

 -To prevent infection of COVID-19, classrooms used for in-person class will be sterilized before class and hand sanitizer will be set. Please also sterilize the desk and chair you use by yourself before and after the class.

Notes for joint curricular courses

 -Regarding joint curricular classes, it depends on each faculty/graduate school’s policy for offering classes online or in-person. When you take joint curricular classes, please be sure to check the class information such as the GraSPP website, online syllabi in advance.

Course listed in the link below will be conducted in-person or hybrid for based on decision by Faculty of Law and Graduate School for Law and Politics.(Updated Sep. 16)
