Taishin Noble

Taishin Noble, who is half Japanese and half Australian, is a graduate of the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy. Prior to obtaining his Master’s degree, Taishin studied civil engineering for his bachelor's degree and worked for the Victorian state government in Australia.
