Dear Students, This is Yuka Motoda, who is going to teach the Governance and Development course. I am currently having trouble logging on to the UTAS. The files for today's session will be uploaded to ITC-LMS as soon as the lecturer manage to log on the system. I am very sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. This course is delivered in a face-to-face manner at IAR 1222E(Seminar Room E). Those who will not be able to join in-person lessons due to excusable circumstances concerning COVID-19 could join the course via online as far as they contact the lecturer in advance. The information required to access a Zoom meeting room for hybrid classes for them will be announced in the designated section of the course in the ITC-LMC sometime this afternoon. 本日9/26（月）は授業を行わず、初回授業は来週10/3（月）です。

　公共政策大学院では、「地域交通政策研究」の授業において、下記のとおり、国土交通省大臣官房公共交通・物流政策審議官 鶴田浩久 氏からお話を伺います。 地域公共交通は、全国の社会経済活動に不可欠であり、高齢者など自家用車を運転できない人も増加しています。しかし、地方部を中心として、人口減少や過疎化等により地域公共交通は利用者・担い手ともに減少を続け、存続が深刻に懸念される状況にあります。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響は、この傾向に拍車をかける形で本質を明らかにしました。このような構造的な課題に対処すべく、国においては、地域公共交通の維持・活性化に取り組む自治体、交通事業者等を応援するため、法律や予算などの整備・拡充を進めてきています。さらに先述の課題認識に照らすと、今後の地域公共交通には、単純な延命ではなく、利便性・持続可能性・生産性が向上するような再構築が求められます。本講義では、地域公共交通の現状と課題を概観した上で、視野を広げるよう意識しつつ、「交通DX」「交通GX」「３つの共創」といった新たな流れを始め、今後の政策の方向性を考察します。 履修登録者以外の本学学生の参加を歓迎いたします　（使用言語： 日本語、本学学生以外の一般の方は参加出来ません。）。 ※資料はITC-LMSにおいて本科目を仮登録の上、ITC-LMSから入手して下さい。授業開始の1時間前までを目途に掲示します。 日　　時： ９月２７日（火）16:50-18:35 場　　所： 国際学術総合研究棟4階SMBCホールにおける対面授業にて開催。詳細はポスターを確認してください。 使用言語： 日本語 問合わせ： 交通・観光政策研究ユニット ttpu[アット]pp.u-Tokyo.ac.jp    9/27「地域交通政策研究」鶴田浩久氏 講義案内ポスター 「地域交通政策研究」講義一覧（火曜5限　16:50-18:35） 「観光地域政策」講義一覧（火曜3限　13:00-14:45）
