Be able to attend the lecture from beginning to end. Take attendance. Take detailed notes of activities during the lecture. Send follow-up email messages to students reminding them of assignments and instructions. Coordinate assigned group activities, assigned time slots for presentations and keep time. Respond to questions students may have via email and cc me. Provide support to students who do not understand some points after the lecture if need be. Contact via E-mail, or phone, or Zoom for emergency situations. Maintain a good rapport with the students.

NOTICE: Academic gown rental and purchase for the graduation ceremony in Mar., 2021 The academic gown for students who will graduate in March, 2021 will be available from Wednesday, 23 December to Monday, 22 February, 2021 at the University of Tokyo CO-OP. If you would like to rent or purchase a gown, please see the following web pages and order it through the CO-OP website. Please note that only representatives will attend the UTokyo spring degree conferment ceremony and graduation ceremony, so please be careful when renting. * As the University of Tokyo CO-OP has only limited numbers of gowns in stock, they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. * When you make a payment at the University of Tokyo CO-OP, you need to present a certificate of expected graduation which is available at the certificate dispensers in campus.
