NOTICE: 9月修了の手続きについて

令和元（2019）年9月の修了を希望する場合は、下記のとおり修了判定願を提出してください。 修了判定願が提出されなかった場合は、 令和元（2019）年9月修了の意思がないものとみなします。

対象者：令和元（2019）年9月末時点で在学期間が2年以上の者 提出書類：修了判定願（PDF, 8KB） 提出期間：令和元（2019）年5月31日(金)～6月19日(水) 提出先：公共政策大学院チーム窓口

注1　本判定願を提出し、修了に必要な単位を全て修得した場合は、令和元（2019）年9月末日に修了となる。

注2　在学期間の算定において、休学期間は在学期間に含まれない。また、留学期間は在学期間に含まれる。

注3　入学前の既修得単位の認定や再入学により、修業年限が短縮されている者は、別途その旨申し出ること。
