Maximum amount of credits
The course summaries (pg.45) [IMPORTANT] Maximum amount of credits At GraSPP, maximum amount of credits that students can register per academic year* is 38 in order for students to achieve in systematic manner. This includes credits for Research Paper, Thesis and Internship which registration is done outside of the registration period. The amount of credits are counted after the withdrawal period and not after the registration period. Courses students received M or F in previous semester shall also be counted as part of the maximum amount of credits. *Fall enrolled students: academic year will be counted from fall. ※If you register the courses over maximum amount of credits, please withdraw the courses in the withdrawal period. ※Please note that if there are the courses over maximum amount of credits, those courses are withdrawn after the withdrawal period. -

Study Abroad: Call for Application “Sciences Po European Studies Program ” Sciences Po European Studies Program application guideline has been uploaded to the Go Global website. Those who wish to apply for this program should read the guideline carefully and submit necessary documents directly to the International Exchange Group through UTAS. The application deadline is 12pm on Monday, 5th November. Notes: Before application, please consult the GraSPP Graduate School Office during the program term to be fully aware of potential academic affairs you need to know. Application documents should be scanned and uploaded to UTAS in PDF format. Please note that UTAS does not accept applications for any reason after the deadline. -

NOTICE: Medical Check-ups for Autumn 2018 Entry Students and Researchers The medical checkups will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students who enrolled in September, 2018 need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period. Date: from Tuesday 6th November, 2018 Venue: Hongo Health Service Center (Administration Bureau Bldg.2) * Online reservation through the Health Service Center website is required. The reservation website will be available from 5 pm on Tuesday, 23 October (for Men), from 5 pm on Wednesday, 24 October (for Women). * Before medical check-ups, students need to answer an online medical questionnaire. * Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical checkups. To the MPP/IP(PMIR)students who are interested in 2019 Exchange Double Degree Program
Some Double Degree Programs require students to take economic courses as application prerequisites. However, “Politics and Public Policy” which is required core course for MPP/IP(PMIR)students and “Practice Session for Microeconomics for Public Policy” are offered in the same period (Tuesday, Period3 ) in this academic year. To solve this course conflict, GraSPP is now preparing to offer additional “Practice Session for Microeconomics for Public Policy”. It will be held Friday, Period 6 and started from October 19th. The makeup classes for September 28th, October 5th, and 12th will be held later. If you need to register this course, please email to Graduate School Office by October 16th. Please note that this additional course is ONLY FOR the MPP/IP(PMIR)students who are interested in 2019 Exchange Double Degree Program. Other students CANNOT register it.
