The first class session (Day 1) will be held in Period 6 (18:45-20:30) on Wednesday, April 10 as scheduled in Seminar Room A (1213A), 12th floor, International Academic Research Building. Please find below an updated syllabus and a set of introductory slides.

The course instructors are Prof. Toshiro Nishizawa and Dr. KE Seetha Ram.

Dr. KE Seetha Ram is a senior consulting specialist for capacity building and training projects at Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), concurrently serving as a visiting professor at the Center for Spatial Information Science, The University of Tokyo and as a special advisor to East Japan Railway Company (JR East) for India High Speed Rail. Between 2013-2017, Dr. Seetha Ram acted as the focal point for ADB-wide knowledge management, working to spur innovative solutions to the varied development challenges in Asia.
