To all students,
Using the student space on the 4th floor of Akamon General Research Building is entrusted to the voluntary management of the students.
As classes have fully commenced, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following guidelines regarding the use of student facilities.
Guidelines for Use
●Student Study Room and Student PC Room
1. Keep silence in the room and refrain from behaviors that become troublesome to other users. (Set mobile phones and smartphones to silent mode and avoid conversations.) 2.No food or drinks allowed inside.
3. Do not leave your belongings.
4. Use equipment and other items with care and avoid causing damage.
5. Turn off the light, the air conditioner, and close windows when leaving.
6. Adhere to the usage guidelines and manage the facilities autonomously. However, if the guidelines are not followed and inappropriate use occurs, restrictions on usage may be imposed.
●Discussion Space
1. Apply the usage guidelines 2) to 6) of the Student Study Room and Student PC Room.
2. For reservations, please contact the GraSPP Student Council.
●Student Lounge
1. Apply the usage guidelines 3) to 6) of the Student Study Room and Student PC Room.
2. Eating and drinking are allowed in the lounge.
Additionally, do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces at the university. GraSPP does not take any responsibility for lost belongings.
