Professor Toshiro Nishizawa gave an interview to The World, a US-based public radio’s global news program on the topic of “a Chinese company’s control of an entire nation’s electrical grid in Lao PDR.” The World is public radio’s longest-running daily global news program with the goal to engage domestic US audiences with international affairs since 1996.
