The February schedule was canceled due to the COVID-19 epidemic. Postponed to March. Medical Check-ups for Autumn Entry Students and Researchers/The University of Tokyo Health Service Center (u-tokyo.ac.jp) Please keep in mind that the schedule and check-up items are subject to change depending on the situation of the coronavirus epidemic. February next year schedules in Hongo have been added. GraSPP students who enroll in Autumn, 2020 who has not taken medical checkups in October needs to take it on February. “Multilateral Financial Institutions: Rules and Practice” offered online by Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
You are welcome to be a participate as an observer in an online intensive course on “Multilateral Financial Institutions: Rules and Practice” by Mr. Gerard Sanders, Special Assistant to President (former General Counsel), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
Classes are scheduled tentatively for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 15:10 to 16:40 in the following weeks.
Week One: February 2, 4 and 5
Week Two: February 9, 11 and 12
Week Three: February 15, 16 and 18
Week Four: February 22, 23 and 24

University entrance exams (Hongo area) Thu, 25 Feb and Fri, 26 Feb, 2021 The following are the temporary measures for the Second University Entrance Exam: Entry into the entrance exam room areas is strictly prohibited; only students, faculty members, and staff who have special permission may enter the areas. Faculty and administrative staff must show an ID card of UTokyo when entering the Hongo Campus. Students who need especially to enter the Hongo Campus for research activities must show an ID card of UTokyo when entering. Those who are not affiliated with the university must show a temporary ID card when entering. Entry to and exit from the university are possible through the Main/Red/Yayoi/Nishikata/Kaitoku/Pharmaceutical/Second Refectory/Nou-Seimon/South gates. In principle, entering the Hongo Campus by car is prohibited. * Due to the English listening tests, driving a car on campus except for in an emergency is prohibited during the following dates and times: Friday, 26 February from 14:40 to 15:20 Please refrain from making a noise in the exam room areas. -

Those who wish to apply for this program should read the guideline carefully and submit necessary documents during the following periods directly to the International Exchange Group through UTAS. 1st Recruitment: Friday, January 29th to NOON, Friday, 19th February 2nd Recruitment: Monday, March 1st to NOON, Monday, March 22nd *The International Exchange Group accepts applications only for the programs where seats are still left. Notes: Please note that the UTokyo application periods are different from the ones at the partner universities. Application documents should be scanned and uploaded to UTAS in PDF format. Please note that UTAS does not accept applications for any reason after the deadline.
