International High-speed Rail Association (IHRA) will hold its third international forum, “IHRA Forum 2018” on November 8, 2018, where leaders from political, economic, diplomatic and national security fields will gather and discuss “Overcoming Challenges in a Complex World -Past, Present and Future-”.
