Today’s world faces new challenges, such as a reversal in globalization and rising security tensions in the Korean Peninsula. At a time of fragile China-Japan-Korea (CJK) political relations, how can we promote trilateral cooperation to deal with these challenges? This roundtable by the three deans involved with CAMPUS Asia discusses recent developments and prospects for East Asia’s policy issues, including U.S.-China trade tensions, Chinese infrastructure construction initiatives, and security challenges.
