On June 11 and 15, 2018, a team of GraSPP faculty members hosted a few training sessions for Competency-Based Development Program for Thai civil servants sponsored by Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) and organized by National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Thailand. Prof. Masahiro Kakuwa offered a session titled “Brainstorming à la scenario planning method” while Mr. Takashi Kumon, Part-time Lecturer, led a session for “Knowledge sharing and wrap up”. This is the third round of hosting such training sessions with a focus this year on digital literacy, innovation and collaboration. A team of GraSPP students from Thailand welcomed the group of senior civil servants and joined a campus tour and a farewell lunch.
