A Memorandum of Understanding on Exchange of PhD students between GraSPP and the University of Copenhagen’s Department of Political Science was signed by Dean Takahara and Prof. Mikkel Rasmussen in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 23 November 2018. GraSPP professors Kiichi Fujiwara, Hideaki Shiroyama and Yee- Kuang Heng also attended the signing ceremony as part of the 1st Copenhagen-UTokyo IARU Conference in International Relations.
