  　公共政策大学院では、「国際交通政策」の授業において、下記のとおり、川崎重工業㈱代表取締役社長橋本康彦氏及び東海大学海洋研究所特任教授大坪新一郎氏からお話を伺います。本講義では国際交通に関係する脱炭素関連の以下のテーマを取りあげます。 まず、前半の講義では水素社会の実現に焦点をあてます。エネルギー源としての水素を大量・安定的に、かつ適正な価格で導入するサプライチェーンの構築は日本をはじめ世界中で注目されています。講義では、2022年初頭に完遂された豪州で作られた水素を液化して日本へ海上輸送するパイロット実証、その後の商用規模のチェーン構築へ向けた取組みなどを紹介します。 続いて、後半の講義では、国際海運の脱炭素をテーマとします。大型外航船は陸上輸送機関とは異なり、大型内燃機関を使用せざるを得ませんが、船体の抵抗低減や推進効率の向上、機関の燃費向上や、LNG燃料化などにより、効率ベースの排出量が近年大きく削減されており、現在は、化石燃料から低・脱炭素燃料への転換に向けた取り組みも加速しています。このような脱炭素イノベーションを進めるためには、規制的手法や経済的手法による後押しが必要ですが、国境を越えて移動する船舶は、国ごとのローカルルールではなく国際ルールが国際機関によって策定されています。本講では、こうした国際的制度がイノベーションに与える影響についても考察します。 履修登録者以外の本学学生の参加を歓迎いたします　（使用言語： 日本語、本学学生以外の一般の方は参加出来ません）。 日　　時： 7月11日（火）4限 14:55-16:40 場　　所： 国際学術総合研究棟4階 SMBCアカデミアホールにおける対面授業にて開催。詳細はポスターを確認してください。 使用言語： 日本語    7/11「国際交通政策」橋本康彦氏＋大坪新一郎氏 講義案内ポスター 「国際交通政策」講義一覧（火曜5限　16:50-18:35） 「観光政策Ⅰ(概論編」講義一覧（火曜3限　13:00-14:45）

  The University of Tokyo will hold the Diploma Presentation Ceremony for AY2023 as follows. Date&Time： Friday, 22 September, 2023 Start at 10 a.m. Venue： Yasuda Auditorium (Address: 7-3-1, Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) (Campus Map) Eligibility： Students who graduated (will graduate) between April and September 2023   *The ceremony will be held in English. *Family members can attend the ceremony in the Auditorium. *For those who are unable to attend the ceremony, a livestream of the ceremony via Internet will be provided.
