学生団体の活動における多様性尊重・男女共同参画の実現について

本学には、多種多様な学生団体があり、多くの学生がそれらに所属して自由な活動を展開しています。文化活動や体育活動を通じて学内外の人たちと多くの交流を行うことは、人として成長していくうえで意義深いことです。本学は、学生の自主性・自律性を重視し、学生団体の運営における「学生の自治」を尊重してきました。 大学の依って立つべき理念と目標を明らかにした「東京大学憲章」では、その前文において、多様性を尊重する姿勢の重要性が以下のように明記されています。 『東京大学は、構成員の多様性が本質的に重要な意味をもつことを認識し、すべての構成員が国籍、性別、年齢、言語、宗教、政治上その他の意見、出身、財産、門地その他の地位、婚姻上の地位、家庭における地位、障害、疾患、経歴等の事由によって差別されることのないことを保障し、広く大学の活動に参画する機会をもつことができるように努める。』（東京大学憲章前文）言うまでもなく、上記の「すべての構成員」には学生のみなさんも含まれます。しかし従来、本学には、憲章の理念に反して、本学の女子学生の加入を実質的に認めない、という類の運営実態をもつ学生団体が一部に存在しているとの指摘があり、長年にわたって解決されない問題となってきました。 そうしたなか、本学の学生組織である2020年度東京大学教養学部オリエンテーション委員会が、新たな規則を発表しました。新年度の新入生歓迎行事において、学生団体が上記のような勧誘を行うことを明確に禁じたのです。これは学生自治における大きな一歩であり、本学はこの姿勢を支持します。本学では、これからもみなさんが学生生活を安心して送れるよう、学生団体の健全な運営を実現するためのシステム作りを、学生のみなさんとともに進めていきたいと考えています。 こうした問題は、性別に関する事案に限られるものではありません。学生団体およびそこに所属する個々人が、本学の構成員として東京大学憲章の理念に則って行動するよう、心がけてください。お互いの多様性を重視する姿勢や態度を身に付けることは、自身の学生生活をより豊かにします。それだけでなく、みなさんがやがて社会において、真の意味での「世界的視野をもった市民エリート」（憲章前文）として活躍し貢献していくための大切な第一歩となるのです。

学生のみなさんへ(注意喚起) 各種事故の防止や法令・規範の遵守等については、平素からの留意が大切です。 特に留意を要する以下の事項につき各自ウェブサイトより確認して下さい。 “自分なら／これぐらいなら大丈夫”などと思っていても、事故等はいざ起きてからでは取り返しがつかないものです。あらかじめ通読し、内容を理解しておいてください。 なお、万一、法令若しくは本学の規則に違反し、又は学生としての本分に反する行為があったときは、関係規則に基づき、懲戒処分の対象となります。 普段からの言動に本学学生としての自覚を持ち、充実した学生生活を過ごしましょう。  本学学生としての法令・規範遵守 飲酒に関する注意 薬物乱用に関する注意 ＳＮＳ利用等に関する注意 カルト団体等に関する注意 消費者トラブルに関する注意 公共交通・自転車利用時等の注意

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Message for current and new students who have returned to or entered Japan on or after March 1st

To current and new students who have returned to or entered Japan on or after March 1st

We believe that this outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) hasvundoubtedly caused a great deal of concern for all of us.

As announced on March 18 in the “Message from President Gonokami Regarding the University Response to the COVID-19” which can be found on our website, the University of Tokyo is taking a variety of measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection.

On March 25, the Governor of Tokyo has issued a request for all citizens returning to Japan from abroad to take self-isolation measure in order to cope with this crisis.

In response to this policy, we would like all students who have returned to/entered Japan on or after March 1, irrespective of their medical condition, to stay at home for 14 days from the date following their return/entry to Japan and to monitor their health condition. This is because there have been many cases of people who have entered Japan from abroad and have not shown clear symptoms but are potentially carrying the virus. They may potentially become a source of the infection and pose serious risks to other people. This 14-day self-isolation is to cope with such concerns and is not required from the 15th day following the date you entered Japan. (This rule, therefore, does not apply to those who have already in Japan for more than 14 days).

For now, our immediate goal is to contain the spread of the virus as soon as possible. We shall continue taking all the necessary measures to respond to this difficult situation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spring semester (S1S2) online classes in AY2020 * Updates highlighted in red. (2020-03-27) As in the meesage from President Gonokami, the new semester will start in April, as originally scheduled at the University of Tokyo. Given that, GraSPP classes will also begin from Friday, 3rd April 2020. However, in order to keep our campus safe for every member of the university community, the number of in-person classes will be minimized and instruction through online courses will be encouraged and promoted. GraSPP therefore offers online classes* in the spring semester basically . Each student need to make preparations for taking online classes in advance according to the link below.
