About the guest speaker
Mr. Irham Dilmy is a change management and organizational development professional in both private and public sectors, qualified with over 30 years of progressive experience in leading and managing organizations in both local and international environments. He has been a member of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Group (IFG)—a state-owned holding entity of 11 subsidiary companies in insurance and underwriting—since 2021 and senior advisor (public sector) for Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (PROSPERA) since 2020. He served as Vice Chairman and Commissioner of the Indonesian Civil Service Commission—an independent governmental agency under the President of the Republic of Indonesia—between 2014 and 2019. Mr. Irham Dilmy earned his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in international relations from the University of Indonesia, an MBA in international business from Kogod School of Business of American University, USA, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in business administration at the School of Administrative Sciences of the University of Indonesia.
