Failure to submit any required documents, or submitting them after the deadline, will be considered an “incomplete application” and will result in disqualification.
Information entry starts: October 1, 2025 (JST)
Application period: November 1, 2025 – December 3, 2025 (5pm JST)
E-shiharai site opens: October 1, 2025 – December 2, 2025 (JST)
Deadline for official transcript, official certificate of (anticipated) graduation, English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL) official score report, and GRE General Test Official Score Report: any time from now to 5pm December 10, 2025 (JST)
