The world has always been fraught with challenges in every walk of life. The growing population is a predicament in some nations, whereas a dwindling one is a cause of concern in some others; the inflation is dreaded to destabilize some economies while in some others it is welcomed as an opportunity for growth and welfare. There is no policy panacea to suit all challenges of a kind as the same problem manifests itself in diverse forms and magnitude in different regions and points in time.
